Groypers at rallies
Seeing the America first hats and flags at the rallies is really cool and JD looked genuinely shaken when he saw the guy wearing the America first hat.

Hope pill
Last night had a great talk with some guys at the college republicans. They seem to be coming of the doyle shit and listened to a few of the points I made. Feels like they are un-deradicalized.
I think people underestimate how hard it is to resist deradicalization, or at least they don't expect it. When you show up to the events and begin working with the GOP its just so much easier to try to be a team player than to always be trying to hide your power level.
Attitudes in the space
One thing I’ve thought about recently is the difference between online and real life. I know that itself not a ground breaking thought but I’ve just started to see how stuff online doesnt translate to real life perfectly. It’s like wining the battle online and getting the message out to everyone is one thing, but then getting on the ground and deploying with the troops is a whole different battle.
I’ve been working on/with 3 campaigns right now, technically 2 because one of them is a joint campaign for two candidates, but I noticed that while a lot of the guys I’m meeting on these campaigns are pretty based on all the issues, people are mostly falling into the “plan trusting” category. It’s a little hard to believe because they are seeing all of the things I’m seeing and complaining about the same things I’m complaining about and then I hear them a minute later start talking about “Straight ticket republican man! Patriots are voting straight ...
Doyle Crowd/Deradicalized Crowd
I’ve been meeting these types of people over the past month or so, and they typically like to talk in super extreme nationalist rhetoric but when it comes to Israel they just say “you know I just don’t really care about Israel that much dude”. They give this take on Jews and Israel that they think is really nuanced but what I realize is that they really just don’t know anything about Israel or the Middle East.
It just really pisses me off when they say “I just don’t care about Israel” I’m like bro I think Washington D.C. cares about Israel and we’ve fought multiple wars on their behalf. You can’t have a conversation about the near east with me and tell me we need to obliterate Iran and then when I bring up Israel you just say “bro I just don’t really care about them”. That immediately disqualifies you from the conversation and what’s always the case is these people don’t know anything about the history of Israel or the Jews in the first place.
